G/m² stands for grams per square meter and is a unit used to describe the weight or thickness of the fabric a t-shirt is made of. The higher the number, the heavier and thicker the fabric will be.
When it says 100% Cotton (certified Organic or Organic in Conversion) , it means that the fabric is made of cotton, but there is a difference in how the cotton is grown and processed:

100% Cotton means that the entire fabric is made from cotton fibers. There is no mixture with other materials such as polyester or viscose – it is pure cotton.

Certified Organic Cotton : This means that the cotton is grown without the use of synthetic pesticides, insecticides or artificial fertilizers.
